The Change Agency is a London based company specialising in public sector consultancy, training, and professional development Established in 2001 by David Goosey and Mary Webb, we work with government departments, local authorities, the NHS, voluntary and independent organisations to improve effectiveness and to maximise potential in individuals, teams and organisations.
To achieve this, we use a wide range of tried and tested approaches designed to improve organisational performance including management consultancy, training, coaching, one-to-one support, audit, research and evaluation.
We work throughout the UK and now have a proven track record in consultancy and training in all four countries.
